Unleashed integrationfor QuickBooks
Connect configured Unleashed customers, products, sales and purchasing events to the appropriate QuickBooks accounting documents without duplicating inventory ownership.
Choose the flows that match your operating model
Unleashed can remain the operational inventory system while FOR:FLOW handles the configured accounting handoff. Supported recipes include customer and product matching, sales invoices, completed purchasing and selected return or adjustment events. Optional source orders do not automatically become extra accounting documents unless your rules explicitly enable that behavior.
Separate revenue from inventory cost
A sales invoice and a shipment can have different accounting purposes. Configured shipment flows use cost evidence for the relevant journal entries rather than substituting the sales price. Returns and stock adjustments also need their own agreed mapping. Existing product account references are not a blank canvas for each incoming event to overwrite.
What to know before you start
Unleashed remains the stock authority in this connector design. Agree source events, target types, duplicate handling and account ownership before enabling overlapping integrations.
Practical questions
Should both a sales order and its invoice create revenue?
Not by default. Choose the intended financial event and enable optional order flows only when their target has a distinct purpose.
What if I want native inventory instead?
Review FOR:INVENTORY and plan the transition separately. Native stock management and an external-system connector are different operating choices.
Continue the workflow
ERP and operations integrations
Keep an existing external operations system and configure how its supported records reach QuickBooks or another supported landing workflow through FOR:FLOW.
Inventory management
Run purchasing, warehouse stock, sales orders and fulfillment in FOR:INVENTORY, with native lots, serials and stock movements rather than a separate inventory connector.
Inventory operations and valuation reports
Review open inventory work and stock value through supported operations and valuation reports, including warehouse, lot and serial perspectives.
